This beautiful backyard wedding was hosted by the groom’s family on their ranch in Halletsville, Texas. With beautiful trees, wildlife roaming the property with amazing weather, the two finally had their dream wedding.
Their original wedding date was in March of 2020 but with the Pandemic putting a halt to everything, Shelby and Brady decided to have a small intimate wedding with family only and move their wedding celebration to September. When the time finally came, the families came together to create a stunning wedding and WOW was it one for the books.
The couple chose a completely outdoor wedding with the ceremony and reception being outside. They also chose to have white floral and greenery centerpieces to keep it simple and spend the majority of their budget on The Pictures Band. The band they chose really brought down the house with the selection of music they played.
I can honestly say that this was one of my favorite locations to host a wedding. The scenery was stunning and the location was extremely personal to the couple.
At the end of the night, when all was said and done, the couple surprised EVERYONE by jumping in the pool in their wedding attire. Shelby said that her most memorable part of the wedding was that moment.
“Most memorable part was jumping in the pool after our wedding and watching our friends join in and the faces those around us made! It was such a highlight to end all of our hard work with planning and enjoying the moment that we waited so long for!”
We also asked her how she was feeling leading up to the ceremony and she said “Leading up to the ceremony, I was less nervous than expected because everything went off without a hitch thanks to our wonder vendors and the amazing Hazel and Bloom Events team!”
Lastly, here is some advice from the new Mr. and Mrs. Brady Trainer.
” My advice is to not let anything get to you because nothing will ever go fully as planned. Enjoy your day and enjoy all the moments with your family and friends. It only comes once and everything will come together more beautiful than you could even imagine.”
